Product good but expensive

This is the 2nd one we have bought. First one's computer board died so had to buy another board. Then, 2nd one, bought due to getting turkeys, so a bigger door. If you don't click right one, there is no battery. For $399, you'd think they could include a $19.99 battery. Customer service had no thoughts on that. Will not be buying another one from this company.
