MAXX™ STEP Double Climbing Stick Aider

Simple and secure !

Love these Maxx steps! They deploy quickly and really form to the tree, super easy to use. No more fishing with your boot in the dark to make sure that your foothold is secure. Great addition to my climbing sticks

Double step Aider

I like the double step aider but I have short legs and I wish there was a way to shorten the lengh between steps, other wise i love them easlier to find and get more of my foot on the step. Please come out with a adjustable step or shorter distance between steps. thanks

Maxx double aider

Aiders...I've tried the webbing and cable aiders. Always decently easy getting up but getting down wasn't always easy. In the dark it's a bit sketchy with the cables and webbing aiders. Got these in the mail this week (customer service is great and shipping times/prices are good also). I ain't paid but after 2 climbs, I immediately started putting unused equipment up for sale to buy another double step. I'm 5'9" in boots and the 18" step to step ain't bad. Packability is decent and weight is negligible. These aiders shine when it comes to stability on the way down. Should have bought these before webbing aiders and even cable aiders. Highly recommend. Plus if you end up not liking them (which i doubt you won't like em), they have a good resale value. Definitely recommend for those who want stability and ease of use over minimalist setups.
