The Fins are for extreme rocker and they hold on turns and cutbacks and rebounds , you can trust your rail even more on carves and cutbacks ,I like mediums unless it's 1 ft , then I want a large . I been surfing since 1975, I weigh 145 , I'm 5'8" These are my favorite fins
