Cordura® Airtex Boardshort

Some kind of strange, magical fabric that seems to feel dry even when submerged. Stretchy and light. Can't decide if I like these more than the Gammas but ether way I'll be coming back for more.

I know that he loved the shorts. (They were a gift.) He wore them on 4th of July, and he got a lot of verbal compliments from other people.

I am writing because I am extremely disappointed with the quality of a pair of boardshorts. I purchased these shorts because Florence Marine X heavily promotes the use of Cordura fabric and its durability, especially for watersports and demanding conditions. However, after only two uses, the shorts have already begun showing visible signs of wear and damage. What is even more disappointing is that these were not used for surfing, snorkeling, or any other extreme activity. They were simply worn for casual trips to the beach. After such minimal use, I would never expect a $100 pair of boardshorts to start deteriorating in this way. The fabric is already fraying and developing small tears, which is completely inconsistent with the durability this brand advertises. I chose Florence Marine X because of its reputation for producing high-performance, long-lasting gear. Unfortunately, this experience has fallen far short of those expectations.
