Both work really well but my favorite is the Intensive Repair Conditioning Hair Mask. It smooths the frizz out and makes my hair look really healthy. Great duo for frizzy hair.

Love this duo!

I have curly hair, low porosity, frizzy, and gets weighed down with products. I love this duo as it was a great tester for my hair. The deep conditioner has such a unique texture. Very souffle-like! I have to apply just a little since too much weighs my hair down. I don't apply and styling products as both these products hold up my natural curls for a couple days! My hair health is slowly getting better thanks to the oil! I love how a little goes a long way. I love all of Aavrani products!
