I really wanted to love this bag but unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. The inside of this bag feels like a plastic rain poncho. It honestly feels and looks awful. The marketing of this bag does not make that clear at all. It makes me ill that I paid so much for a bag of this quality. At best - this is a waterproof diaper bag alternative - NOT a nice purse valued at over $150. I tried the bag for about 3 hours and just couldn’t stand it. The bag was in excellent condition so I returned it - zippers were still wrapped, I barely used it. They sent the bag back claiming it showed “wear and tear.” They also removed the zipper covers! I’ve received the bag and still can’t find the wear and tear but if they think their material can’t hold up after 3 hours of use then that says a lot about the poor quality. It feels a little scammy to me. There are plenty of other basic crescent bags on the market that are much more fairly priced. I would not waste your money here!

**Canvelle Opted Not to Fix a Shipping Oversight While They Still Had My Order in Hand
If you’re considering spending a little more to order from Canvelle because you expect the customer service to match the product, especially if you need your order by a certain date, my first experience with Canvelle may be worth reading about.

I placed my first order and paid $15.99 for UPS 2nd Day Air because I was leaving very early the following Sunday and specifically wanted the bags for the trip. Their website said orders ship the next business day unless otherwise stated, so I thought I had allowed plenty of time.

The next business day came and went. No shipping notification.

Still nothing.

This is around when I had expected my 2nd Day Air order to arrive if it had shipped the next business day as stated. Instead, three days after ordering, it still hadn’t shipped. I contacted customer service and explained that I needed the order by Saturday. UPS tracking later showed that the shipping label wasn’t even created until more than an hour after I contacted Canvelle. They knew the order was already late and why I needed it while it was still sitting there unfulfilled, but sent it 2nd Day Air anyway, dropping it off at a UPS Store after the posted pickup time. At that point, I really would have expected them to overnight it and make sure it arrived in time.

Customer service refunded the $15.99 shipping charge, which I appreciated, but the point of paying for expedited shipping was to have the bags before I left, not to get the shipping fee back when they didn’t arrive. I later contacted Canvelle about how the situation had been handled, and their AI assistant said someone from the team would follow up with me personally. No one ever did.

The day I told Canvelle I absolutely needed the order by. It didn’t arrive.

I left very early for my trip without the bags I had specifically ordered for it.
I can’t speak to the quality of the bags because I never used them, and maybe I would have loved them. But after this experience, I don’t really want to. I’m returning the bag and accessories and will spend my money with a company that puts more effort into making things right when something goes wrong.

Chic and perfect size
I love the size and shape of this bag if it’s with every outfit nicely! And I love I can guarantee you it will always be clean because I can throw it in the wash if it ever gets dirty!
