I've run in BOA 1" split shorts for over a decade in Florida, and haven't seen a better short. They are lightweight, comfortable, and dry quickly. 5' 10" 135-140 lbs SM or MD in shorts

I like the look, fit / cut of BOA shorts. Also the large variety of colors and prints. I just wish they would add at least a 1/2" if not an inch to the waist band in Size Small. The shorts fit properly but with a 31" waist they are a bit tight. 31" falls between the high end of Small and the low end of Medium. At 5'-6 1/2" tall and 130 lbs I'm right in the dividing line of all the sizing categories. I have many BOA shorts in this 1" elite split style. Mediums look too baggy on me so I'm stuck with the tight waist until the elasticty relaxes over time.
