Electrolytes + Caffeine Powder Mix

A Little Sweet; Otherwise Good.

A little bit sweeter than I'd have liked, but the flavor is good. Just like any other freeze-dried coffee. Too soon yet to know if I feel a boost on my runs, since the first time I tried this I didn't get much sleep the night before. Confident though that over time this will give me the energy needed to push harder on my runs.

A must have ingredient for pre- or post-workout shakess

I ordered this the first time on a whim and now it is my 2nd favorite item (1st being the LR blend dark roast). I put one scoop in my recovery shake for a post work out kick. The flavor is amazing and not too strong, yet very noticeable. Highly recommend adding this powder to any protein or post workout shake.

I love this item for my long run days.
