Great quality sunlamp

Great quality solid sunlamp. Works well. Have not been using long enough to know if it has helped my vitamin d levels. I enjoy using it. I live in a part of Australia that gets no vitamin d from the sun for June/July so I’m hoping this will help with my low levels. Customer service have been helpful with queries.

So. I'm 51 years old and I am trying to do good things for myself without going extreme. Extreme never works for me.. I don't stick to it. I LOVE THIS LIGHT. It sets on my desk. It is preset to run 3 minutes. I run UVB inthe evening and healing in the morning. I have only been doing this a few days, but I LOOK FORWARD TO IT!
