I got me up harness about a year ago for my 70 lb Australian Shepherd, he’s super chilled and very well trained. This harness was for when we needed to walk in area where leash required. Unfortunately the harness top handle broke just about a year in ( ripped apart at the seam). Contacted Up Dog customer service and explained my situation, send them pictures and got a new replacement in no time. Thank you. Love the harness and your customer support.

This harness is not only a perfect fit for my dog, but its compact size sits more comfortably on her body. It’s a great product.

Magnetic closures

I love the new magnetic closure halter. It is the first halter that I have bought that actually fits my uncle well. I have arthritis in my hands and can no longer work the plastic closures on other halters. Your magnetic one is a breeze to use! I wish you would consider making even smaller sizes so I could get one for my 11 pound poodle mix.
