Absolutely Delicious Roasting Joint!
This was my first rolled belly pork joint, I’d always cooked the flat joints before, but it was delicious, melted in the mouth. Beautiful flavour meat and I’ll be ordering again.

really tasty piece of belly pork, I could tell from the quality of the rind this animal had ben slow reared. probably outdoors and it had just the right amount of fat for lovely slow roast (4hrs @ 130deg) - will definately be buying again!
