Honestly, one of the only legit training programs out there for long term advancement. Jim doesn't really promote himself as one of the great strength/ health/ fitness/ whatever gurus of our time, so unfortunately, he's not necessarily as much as a household name to most people. While I'm an advocate for continuing education, this is really the program that most people could settle for and never need to look elsewhere. Just note that this is intended to be combined with the knowledge gained from his first books.
