Great program , makes alot of sense , don't try to progress too quickly , be patient , he does warn you , you don't need as much volume as you think, I saw great results from only the first phase while recomping, and then as soon as i was ready for lean bulking the next phases were awesome .
Potentially looking at the wizard next.
