Tarragon Seeds - Russian

The only seeds out of 36 types of plants that would not sprout for me this year. I tried 3 separate plantings in starter blocks, in a greenhouse. Not one seed from the package sprouted.

Seeds popped up right away ans are growing great! The only thing i would like in the future is a pelleted seed for people like me who have trouble grasping tiny seeds.
