My uncle suffers from celiac disease and any gluten exposure is disastrous for him, even if foods are simply cooked in the same pan or touch the same plate. These small boxes make for the perfect gift for anybody with a gluten intolerance. I would highly recommend this product to anybody. The box was shipped out quickly and arrived way before the estimated arrival date in prefect condition!
