Both my sons and I now ride polygon bikes! Let me start with the customer service. It is through the roof amazing. The issues I have had (user error) were fixed with precision and a smile. The staff at bikes online are so amazing and ready to help with any issue. My son is asking me every single day to go ride with him. We are soo happy with bikes online.

My son absolutely loves this bike. Had a Rev 20 REI bike and needed a bump up in size. He is a normal sized 7 year old and has at least a couple years of growth with this awesome bike. Looks even better in person.
