Good quality build. Strong racking system and easy to install

Looks and feels like high quality panniers. Heavy duty for sure. The locking/adjustable hooks are a bit difficult to place in convenient places. Having a tool box mounted on the inside of the luggage rack makes it near impossible to place the lock in a place that will actually secure the mounting plate, but turning a J hook fixes that issue.
