Elegant, simple and functional. This has already become one of my favourite kitchen tools. The only drawback might be the all-Japanese instructions. People who don't know the language will have to search online for the instructions on the use and maintenance of the kit.

Lovely authentic tofu mould...delighted!

I’m so happy with this product! Everything was brilliant from the website and ordering to the delivery, packaging and of course the actual kit! Lovely tofu mould made with care. Very good quality muslin cloths and Nigari included. Instructions are in Japanese, however I emailed the company and they responded quickly with perfect instructions in English. I’ve made tofu which has worked brilliantly and it feels great to have ditched the supermarket tofu that comes in plastic packaging. If you hadn’t already guessed I thoroughly recommend this product and I’ll be buying from this company again in the future.
