Sori Yanagi Stainless Steel Pasta Pot

Flawless

Like any Sori Yanagi tool (this is the 4th in my collection) it is flawless. The size is perfect for small pasta dishes of 2-3 servings, but much more and you might get some overflow. The pot is so light, yet the quality of metal is unquestionable. The mesh insert is truly the finest I’ve ever come across. I don’t doubt this pot will last my lifetime, but even if it didn’t I’d buy another.

I purchased thinking the stainless steel pot would be compatible with a new induction cooktop. Sadly it was deemed incompatible when placed on the cooktop. It will now be gifted to someone with a more traditional gas or electric cooktop.
