My waste is 34”. Large is too tight

My waste is 34”. The larglin is too tight. especially when I tuck while biking. (cannot correct spelling in this window/dialog. My Fox shorts were a 10. I’d give these a 7. I may have to replace the lining. Pockets are excellent. The Fox shorts have a lens cleaner. I miss that.
