Practical design and well made
The Modesto is a good choice for in-between rides, when it is cool enough to need a wind breaker but not a warm winter jacket. Material is lightweight and the jacket can be rolled up and stuffed in a jersey pocket. Breathability and ventallation are good. Sizing is slightly generous, allowing room for winter weight jerseys, length in body and sleeves is long. This is more of a recreational rider cut than a performance or race cut. The two large back pockets are generously sized for carrying additional clothing or food, and the two side pockets are good for smaller items that you wish to keep handy. All in all, a solid and innovative style.
