Ear Filters fall out with normal use

Ear filters fall out after normal usage. Warranty doesn't cover it, they charge for new ones and you have to install them yourself. Look, I don't have the tools to make this kind of installation. It shouldn't have this kind of defect in the first place. I looked at forums, seems a lot of people are having the same issue because the glue that holds the filter give out over time. 300+$ IEM and I thought these would last me a long long time. I was wrong.

A versatile set for all day listening

This is my first IEM from ZiiGaat and honestly, I'm impressed! Odyssey is comfortable, plus the sound is versatile enough to handle any kind of music. My listening setup: Phone > Topping DX3 Pro+ > Odyssey - Bass has good impact and creates the overall warmth of the IEM. - Although it's a mild V-shape set, the midrange is well "preserved," with enough clarity to not get lost in the beat. - There's a little bit of zing in the high-mid to treble transition, but only with bright vocals and at higher volume. So this is a set I enjoy most at moderate volume. Did I mention that the faceplate gets a lot of compliments from the people I showed the IEM to? That's a small plus too.

Great IEMs and good ordering experience

I received the IEMs 12 days after ordering (China -> Austria) and I've got to say I'm very pleased with them. The included tips fit well, and even though I did replace the cable with a nicer one, I enjoy listening to these Odysseys very much. They have punchy, but quite controlled bass. Detail in the entire frequency range is superb.
