I'm absolutely delighted with Hammock Universe. I love the quality product. I love the truly exceptional customer service. (If you have even the slightest problem, they address it quickly; for me, it was within minutes/hours, not several business days.) I love the quirky funny emails that keep you up to date on your order progress and shipping. I love the friendly team at Hammock Universe. I've ordered from them during the beginning of Covid, and had great service. I've been a repeat customer since I love the product so much and it can withstand a fair amount of crazy children antics. And I've had great service most recently this summer. Absolutely 5 stars. Always!
