Poolside | Lake Hammock - Double

After ordering my hammock, I received an email from this company telling me that I had left the item in my cart. After addressing that I came to realize upon delivery that I had inadvertantly ordered a second hammock. The company has refused pay the return shipping even though the mistake occurred due to their email.

Great product complemented with great service

I really like the style of the hammock with the wood separator bar that keeps the hammock flat - you aren't swallowed up as you are with other hammocks. Equally as important, customer service is phenomenal and way surpasses expectations. I had a unique shipment challenge (nothing to do the the company) and they stayed on the case with me and helped every step of the way. Thank you!
