Mixed feelings.

The bike arrived and I was disappointed to discover that the brakes needed to be adjusted. I mean to say that on my first ride the brakes didn’t work and I couldn’t stop at all! Also the seat was too high and couldn’t be moved down because of a welded bolt in the frame. My girlfriend is 5’11 and has longer legs than me, but she could barely get on the bike it was so high at its lowest point. Took it to a bike shop to have brakes adjusted, and cut the seat post down. $150. The bike itself is great and a good deal, but it’s frustrating that I didn’t feel like I had any way to voice my issues with the people I purchased it from.
