The capsules are easy to take. I haven’t had any noticeable changes take place but I believe with Sam Sheppards story that it’s helping my body in someway.

It took a few days for me to get my HS-CRP test results and a couple of days for the dose recommendation from customer service. Which ended up being about 250mg per day for my stage 4. I then ordered 4-100mg bottles of the liquid because it is more economical. Filling the capsules with the pump bottle is quick and easy. It's easy to see Valasta is first rate and genuinely care.
