Smeg 697650140 Coffee Machine Bean Hopper

I’m very disappointed and broke and my warranty was off by two months since I was told warranty is only one year I had to pay for the part

None of the bean hoppers have been able to attach - Need replacement

Logged a warranty query after taking the machine to Williams Sonoma in Palo Alto. The GM Caitlin Thompson was unable to figure out what is defective with the machine. Awaiting a response to my ticket logged via the web form

The hopper’s plastic base held on my three screws literally broke while installing it. I want a replacement
