can't get it to work!!!!!

These have such an improved sound quality from our previous headphones. We also love how they seat perfectly on the base without jiggling to find the right spot. They're comfortable and easy to use, especially since you don't need to press a button to change from streaming to cable. Best of all they have rechargeable/replaceable batteries! Great all-around product!
