I appendix carry an Echelon 4.0 COA. Not an issue with these at all; I can sit, drive, walk, etc. and hardly know it is there.
My one small peeve is the gate. It is too small. This is no humble-brag; these things make you an 'over the fence' instead of 'through the gate' guy.

Great underwear!
Really comfy! I carry a g45 and a p226 daily and these made it comfy even on longer road trips!
Only slight issue i had with these is that the release hole in the front is a bit snug, but i cut a few stitches and everything fits fine!

I emailed you about the sizing and you said you would look into it and then no responce back ! Was going to order more but i am not if they are all the same size !
