Not really sure if it’s actually doing anything, but its very easy and pleasant tasting with no nasties or added sugar so happy to continue until I start feeling the benefits.

Since taking balance tonic I have begun to sleep better , only thing when mixed all the bits go to bottom of bottle i have tried to blend with a small hand blender but still got lots os bits , so shake with every mouthful so you get the benefits from the whole drink 👍

Great product. Been having this for over a year and definitely works as frel so diffetent when temporarily stopped.
