Wagyu New York Strip Steak

Ordered these steaks for a dinner with special friends. Used a Cooks Country preparation intended to avoid flareups when preparing NY steaks indoors. These were out of this world! so incredibly tender and flavorful, not too fatty. Yes, they were pricey but so worth it!

It was the best steak I have ever had. I will definitely be ordering again.

Steaks were absolutely delicious! Deep beef flavor and very tender. Steak perfection.
