Wagyu Smoked Beef Sausage

Fantastic size! Quite expensive and casing was a bit tough. I put these in my smoker. Looked perfect. Medium taste at best. Overall, not really a “me” product. Gave my dad a couple, his comment pretty much mirrored mine.

I baked them in oven to get them plump, cut them into bite size pieces and stir fried them with sliced onions, pears and fresh chopped rosemary. Yummo
