I now know why they call this the Queen of Steaks! This picanha was the most tender and flavorful cut of meat I’d ever eaten. It was so good in fact, that I had to call a buddy to come over and try it.

Soux Vide with salt pepper black garlic and a Greek herb blend, rested to dry brine overnight and then seared on a charcoal and oak/hickory wood grill for sear. Needless to say it was as delicious as it sounds. I wish I could add a picture.

We BBQed this and my wife and I both could not believe how flavorful this is. Bar far, the BEST steak we have ever had. The trouble is, this has ruined me for any other steak now! Going forward, every steak we have will be judged by this. Buy one or two, you won't regret it!
