Great hamburger. I seared it on both sides on my grill for about 3-minutes each side and then put it on a cooler side and topped with cheese. Tasted wonderful! Like a steakburger.

When you can get this on sale, you can't go wrong, minimal cost of standard ground beef with significantly more flavor. Made a quick meat sauce that tastes like it was an all day ragu.
