Got this as a bonus when I ordered a bunch of filets. Never had considered it before but we loved it. Tender, juicy, flavorful and great on the grill. I'll certainly add it to future SRF orders.

The wagyu flank steak i cut up into tacos, or steak sandwiches. I marinade it first and that has so much flavor in it. It's a chewey type of steak, and it will go along with vegetables, peppers and whatever. I put small pieces cut up into my marinara sauce with any type of pasta. Thank you SRF.

Your Wagyu Flank steak was freaking AMAZING!!! I actually tenderized it really good then marinated it with Claudes Mesquite BBQ marinade for about an hour and then cooked it to a medium rare doneness. SO, SO GOOD!
