Wagyu Flank Steak

This cut is the cheapest cut we received from SRF as a bonus (get 2 if you spend more than $399) which I usually wouldn’t normally eat and despite it being one of the cheaper cuts it was incredibly delicious! I’m a steak snob and that says a lot! LOL

Got this as a bonus when I ordered a bunch of filets. Never had considered it before but we loved it. Tender, juicy, flavorful and great on the grill. I'll certainly add it to future SRF orders.

The wagyu flank steak i cut up into tacos, or steak sandwiches. I marinade it first and that has so much flavor in it. It's a chewey type of steak, and it will go along with vegetables, peppers and whatever. I put small pieces cut up into my marinara sauce with any type of pasta. Thank you SRF.
