It's a hot dog . . . well not really . . . it should have a special category . . . delicious, juicy, firm and I tried it two ways, grilled which enhanced the flavor . . . . and with my Texas style chili and mexican cheese . . . also great . . . you guys make a great dog . . . thx

We pan fried these, but they would be delicious on the grill as well. Plump and juicy.

Calling these hot dogs is an insult. "Wagyu on a bun" or "Wagyu sausage" would be better. Totally enjoyed and recommend.
