The camera shuts down within 60 seconds of turning on, its been charged overnight it hooks to the wifi, put it in the feeder and it shuts down, tried all the restarts and resetting... so much for a good anniversary gift

The top opens too easily. Squirrels are smarter and stronger than you think. I should be able to download pictures/videos to my photos. I should not have to give up my privacy by giving you access to my photos just to download videos from a camera that I purchased when the feeder was purchased. You need more and better instructions available either in the box or online as to how to use the app.
