Pretty, but not the most functional…

I love this product, or maybe the idea of it. As far as ease to asemble, everything went great until we got to the back pannel. Unfortunately the directions did not have us secure the back pannel into place before we closed it to a point that the back pannel would no longer fit into the grooved areas that were provided for it. Leading to the one piece of the back pannel to snapping in attempt to fit it into the spot, and the other one being halfway secured to the actual cabinet. My second issue with the product (and more so my main issue with it) is that is not very functional; while yes its beatiful and exactly what was pictured, it does not have quite enough room to fit shoes themselves in there. My boyfriend wears a size 12, for reference and the only shoes that fit in there are ones that are malleable such as crocs. I understood if HIS shoes couldn’t fit being as the shoe compartment was quite petite; but additionally my shoes struggle to fit inside the provided area. I wear a size 7.5 in womens for reference and only my crocs and my low top vans fit inside. I would estimate only 4-5 pairs of shoes that do meet the dimensions would only fit in there as well. Overall I love it, I just wish that for the price it was that it was a little more functional.
