Cinnamon Demerara

A Delicious Cinnamon Syrup

This is a wonderful syrup. Adds cinnamon flavor without too much sweetness. Makes a perfect cinnamon flavored cold coffee with a splash of milk.

Clearly a superior option to the run of the mill coffee syrups on the shelves. And the cinnamon has an interesting and good flavor. I do find it takes adding a bit more to get the flavor and sweetness, thus the four stars.
