Feels like a hospital gown made of tissue paper

I ordered two shirts at once. There were tons of delays months past the promised date and no communication outside of generic replies. When the shirts surprisingly finally were delivered the white one was decent feeling, similar to any fast fashion discount store but the blue shirt with stripes feels like tissue paper and fits like a hospital gown despite using the same measurements. I will absolutely never do business with this company again.

Disappointing Fabric

The shirt was made to my specifications and seems well constructed, and while the fabric looks as advertised it feels almost synthetic which is not what I expected or wanted.
