I just purchased three white dress shirts, mistakenly I ordered French cuffs. I wanted the traditional button cuffs. I called and the lady answered said no problem, we’ll replace them. They issued a return label and sent me the replacement with no hassles. It cost no extra and I’m really pleased. I’m a Paul Fredrick fan.
