It's perfect. The nicest weight to really whip and flow, but not so heavy that it's a novelty. No complaints!

First Slush Rope! Slush recommended by my trainer at Unconventional Fitness & Flow, Dustin Montez. After only 6 sessions I've unlocked a number of flows and tricks. Absolutely LOVE rope flow! I just needed to upgrade my gear and this Slush rope is definitely an upgrade. I will be ordering another one soon :) Love from So Cal.

Perfect weight and width of rope for those that want to introduce a heavier rope. You can feel the technique much better, especially when learning new moves. Love this rope.
