Everything went very well. A few treads were delivery damaged and they sent replacements out ASAP

Unfortunately how they were pushed inside one another and packaged a couple pieces where the round over part is pushed out so the top a bottom are not parallel any more

the products arrived with no issues - every piece was exceptional and installed nicely. The staff was super supportive of making a change a couple days after order was placed with no charges.
