Easy application, beautiful results

My parents used Rubio Monocoat when they remodeled their farmhouse, and I just applied to my first house last week. The application is easy for DIYers, and it looks beautiful. I highly recommend this product for anyone looking to refinish their floors

Good stuff

great product, best results when sanded properly, vacuumed and wiped with the raw wood cleaner. that part is the hard work, applying the oil is a piece of cake and it leaves a silky smooth finish.....great for wood windows. NO VOC, so it won't run you out of the room with toxic fumes

A nice finish for major project.

I would tell them it gives a nice finish. The 150 grit gives a nice appearance but maybe use a finer grit on the end grain or it will be dark and you will loose seeing the grain. Also, the finish is (for me) too flat. I've ordered Universal Maintenance Oil to help with this. One thing I would recommend to Rubio would be to spell this out more. Maybe give comparison pictures to help your customers out. As a home hobbyist I built an entertainment center out of Knotty Alder and wanted to try this product. I do feel safe trying this product but as yet not blown away with the end result. After getting a few samples I did get the perfect color I was looking for. I follow Bourbon Moth on YouTube and have been impressed with him using your product. I imagine professional woodworkers know all of the issues I'm going through so for me, this is a learning curve. But that being said, I feel confident I will get the finish I desire with the quality of your product. Soon I will get the Universal Maintenance Oil and that will decide how happy I end up. Thanks!
