Custom Request

This product is outstanding! The factory backing was fully preserved with no stretch marks or discoloration, and every piece was consistently shaped. I encountered minor issues with some pieces not clicking into place easily, likely due to slight warping during the bending process. This was manageable and seems inherent to using bent boards for stair noses. Overall, the results surpass any other option. I ordered one custom tread whith the right click retained (nose to front). I interpreted this to mean with the nose facing away from me, like driving a car, the retained side would be on the right. However, I received a tread with the retained click on the left (right side when facing the nose). I should have clarified when ordering, but I suggest TreadsPlus improve the description to prevent future confusion.
