Cauliflower Chowder

This is such an easy dinner to prepare. I use the pressure cooker and add extra vegetables so that we have leftovers. Serve over rice or with bread and you are done. No chopping, easy prep and clean up is quick.

So happy to have such convenience.

This is one of my favorite soups of yours! I add some Mrs Dash and garlic powder and turmeric, no salt needed. Delicious way to get in my daily bean serving!
