Iceline Pole Tip
The tip on one of my new Iceline poles failed after 240 miles of the Pennine Way walk and I received a great response from Durston customer service when I made contact, and they soon shipped me a new lower piece to replace my failed item.
The problem is they only shipped one piece and it is totally different to my original lower pole section as the design has been upgraded. I have now decided just to order a set of BD tips at my expense as too much trouble to ship a matching upgraded lower section over to the UK.

Outstanding after sales service!
I absolutely love these poles! I ran into an issue with one of the poles in Tasmania and when I got back home the team from Durston were so helpful in helping get it fixed quickly. Highly recommend!

Service/ warranty on Iceline poles
Super impressed with how you and your company reacted to the issues I experienced with my poles! While hiking the AT through Shenandoah I had issues with both poles. One snapped entirely and the others tip failed. I reached out to Dan and crew, no questions asked, sent out replacement parts free of charge promptly.
The replacements even had some improvements to some of the components. Either on the trail or with my Durston tent I have appreciated the performance of this product.

PS…. Been eyeing your Backpacks, the 55 is tempting……
