Iceline Pole Parts

Iceline pole tip issues

One of my hiking poles tip failed and so I ask for a replacement. Everything went smoothly and they send me a new lower section along with a new tip for my other pole with a clear explanation on how to replace it!

Durston pole tip replacement

One of my Durston Iceline poles lost the carbide tip. When I reached out to the Durston team, they promptly responded by sending a replacement pole tip, without charge. I had the new pole setup and was back on yesterday trail within a week. Thanks Durston for your excellent gear and outstanding service!

Needed a replacement part and was taken care of above and beyond what I expected. I already knew Durston was a great company with great equipment but also has great service. Thanks!
