Best Service in the Industry - Hands Down
I own all kinds of Durston gear (Xmid, Xdome, Kakwa55, and Icelines). I didn't buy these because I'm a groupie or some Durston stalker. I bought them because they're great products and they perform. After hundreds, even thousands of miles on these various products I haven't been disappointed. BUT what really sets Durston apart is their service. They're responsive and they show they care. On a recent backpack my icelines got hung up while I was navigating downed trees and I snapped the bottom of one of the poles. This wasn't a product failure, it was my own stupid fault. So, I contact Durston to see about buying a new pole bottom. Instead of paying Durston sent me out a new part at no cost. I mean, who does that? I know who. Durston!!! Keep up the great work guys!!! With service like that you're developing a loyal following that truly unbeatable.

I was in rough terraine and cracked a pole and lost my tips and duration was super impressive in responding with no hassle whatsoever. They 2 day shipped replacement parts and I was back on the trail the next day. Thank you!!!

I’m using the small baskets and the tips already. Ground in New Zealand is usually quite soft so the baskets are great (and I will use the tips for my next Camino)
