The unit itself makes changing the temperature challenging the mat crumples and bunches up from the twisting of our body getting in and out of bed. The cool function is very nice. Great concept and really clean looking machine. Runs really quite butt he pad was overall really uncomfortable to sleep on. I could feel the hardness of it and the tubes even with the cooling cover and an extra padded mattress protector. It really distracted from the comfort of my mattress and rendered it unusable for myself.

Doesn’t fit the whole bed. Very uncomfortable to sleep on. Not very intelligent or intuitive. Not being comparable with advanced WiFi is a big problem. Not worth it at all.
