I've been using this supplement for nearly a year and the quality of my sleep has improved dramatically. I no longer wake in the night and I feel rested when I wake up. Best sleep supplement I have tried to date.

I have been struggling to sleep for sometime so decided to give the sleep supplement a go. I am now on my second packet and can honestly say that it works. I take it about an hour before I want to sleep snd within 30 minutes my eyes are closing. I have a much deeper sleep and so far have managed to stay asleep for at least 6 hours which is amazing for me.
