As expected.

These boots are perfect: fit and finish. I haven’t experienced any break-in issues. I’ve had them for two weeks and have 30-40 miles into them and they’ve been comfortable from the start.

I’m coming from redwing iron rangers so bear that in mind, but I’m just blown away by the quality of these. The thick leather really feels more premium and the details such as speed hooks are just so solid and hearty. The leather treatment on this looks sick and is only improving as I start to put in creases and whiskers from walking. This is my first 8” boot and I really enjoy the extra ankle support on that front. The shipping back and forth and sizing was kind of a pain but imo was worth it for these. As a note, I was a 12 in iron rangers but ended up exchanging for a 12.5 since I’m older now and my feet seem to be growing a tad into chunky old person feet. The 12s woulda been ok for thin socks but I want to hike in these bad boys

Very good and comfortable boots for long working days featuring a very beautiful workmanship
